What happens when I book direct?

When booking directly with us, you’ll receive a rental agreement specific to your property. Guests have 48 hours to review the terms and cancel without penalty. A valid photo ID is required, and some properties may require a security deposit for first-time guests.
Once your deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed and a confirmation email with your booking details will be sent.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted and encrypted payment platform. Your credit card information is protected, and we do not store sensitive payment details.

Do you offer discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Booking direct already saves you 5–10% compared to online travel agencies. Returning guests receive 5% off with our “Returning Guest” promo, and deployed military qualify for 10% off non-peak weekends and holidays.
Extended stays of one week or longer may also qualify for discounted pricing,  just mention it in your inquiry.

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

Accepted Answer

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and our cleaning schedule. Please check the property calendar before requesting.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible. Late check-outs may incur an hourly fee.
