About the property
Welcome to your cozy stay in North Fargo, just two blocks from the NDSU campus, four blocks from the Fargodome, and twelve blocks from Downtown Fargo. You will have access to the whole apartment of one bedroom, full kitchen and full bath with blazing fast wifi. This is a one bedroom apartment that is completely private to you. There's a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, full kitchen, and a living room/dining room area with a couch, Smart TV, and Table with chairs which can be used for eating or getting work done. This apartment is in an old building that has nine rental units in it total. You are welcome to park your car in either of our two parking lots (in front and behind the building) or on the street. All are free. We're also located two blocks from major city transit lines (Matbus). We're about 5 minutes by car from the Fargo Airport and 5 minutes from Downtown Fargo in the other direction. Your host, Noah, will be available before and during your stay to help answer any questions you have :)

Great stay over 3 months
Cozy place had an inconveniences but Noah took care of it.
Noah was available was a helpful. but the visit was undesirable. It was clean but didn’t look clean as it needs renovation especially the bathroom was so small that toilet was barely accessible & had to reach far as one could to get TP! No towel or grab bars. Poor lighting & outlets inadequate. Drafty windows & no door into bedroom. In short everything needed upgrades.
