Our house is your perfect home base for your adventures in Fargo! Whether you’re visiting for a concert at the FargoDome or Sanctuary Events Center, hockey tournament or other sporting event, bachelor or bachelorette party, or a family gathering, this is the perfect destination for your group. With sleeping space and off-street parking for everyone, your group will feel comfortable and welcome. You’ll feel right at home with a full kitchen, dining room (with seating for 6), and living room to play games, watch movies, and hang out in. Plus, we’ve got a tech-friendly setup with lots of smart TVs and Sonos products! Both living rooms have a large smart TV, and Sonos Soundbars on the TVs on all three levels. Enjoy your morning coffee or read a book in the fully fenced backyard or on the front porch. We’ve got a grill for summertime hangouts, and an additional secure three-season porch. There is parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway, and free parking on the street in front of the house. Please note that street parking fills in quickly when there is a concert or event at Fargo Brewing or 701 Eateries. Easily navigate to north Fargo or south Fargo by hopping on the convenient one-way streets: 10th Street and University. Public transit comes along University, about one block away and 10th St, two blocks away. View times and fares on the MATbus website. The house is located in a neighborhood with an address easy for Uber, Lyft, or taxis to locate. In the summer months Broadway is just a half mile walk away. Laundry access available upon request.
