12 of us stayed at this spacious home. The setup worked great for 3 generations of us in town for a wedding. The house was cutely decorated. The grandchildren enjoyed the upstairs room where they could bunk together. It was close to lots of fun place which were walkable. We had plenty of towels and so appreciate the all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Areas for improvement: The hot water only got warm and ran out quickly cause some of us to take cold showers. The Nest thermostat was locked out and we had to message Noah who had to message the owner to adjust the temp in the house… causing us to often be too cold or too hot. There were not enough extra blankets, forks, or oven mitts in the home. Overall we would recommend Noah’s place for a large group. But stagger your showers and bring some extra blankets.
We throughly enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room for everyone and we were close to the places we wanted to see in Fargo.
Very responsive host. Great location for families of college students. Kitchen is small and strange layout, but house had plenty of beds and comfy mattresses.
